That's probably my greatest passion is cosmetic dentistry. It's very creative and very artistic. Everything in life, I have no artistic talent. I can't read music, I can't draw anything, but when it comes to cosmetic dentistry, it's like a gift, to be able to create and carve a beautiful smile for somebody is just probably the most fun thing that I do.
We're able to deliver cosmetic dentistry at the highest level that there is. People that have spaced teeth, crowded teeth, overlapped teeth, broken-down teeth, stained teeth literally in one visit can walk in like Stonehenge and literally walk out with the most beautiful smile they ever saw.
The cool thing about it is that a lot of times people with really compromised smiles have sort of lower expectations. They're saying, 'My teeth are so bad that maybe with a lot of dentistry I could have like an okay smile.' When you give them just an amazing, perfect smile, it just blows them away. It's just really cool to be able to do and to be able to see people's reactions.
We offer cosmetic dental treatments to:
- Remove surface stains and whiten teeth
- Conceal imperfections like chips and gaps
- Correct the alignment of crooked teeth
- Create a better balance between teeth and gums
- Make minor modifications to the shape of teeth
We don’t offer “off-the-shelf” solutions for smile improvement. Cosmetic dentist Dr. Ralph Reilly will create a customized smile makeover plan for you with the services that best fit your cosmetic needs, your lifestyle, and your budget. You’re in experienced hands with Dr. Reilly, who was named Best Cosmetic Dentist by Talk of the Town and has taken advanced cosmetic courses at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies and Baylor University, among others. In addition, he teaches other dentists in programs like the Rosenthal Institute for Aesthetic Dentistry at New York University’s College of Dentistry.

Conceal Smile Flaws & Straighten Teeth Without Metal Braces
Dental veneers and tooth bonding are two of the best options for hiding smile flaws. Veneers are thin, custom-made “shells” of toothlike material that are securely attached to the front surfaces of your teeth. They conceal most imperfections, including stains, chips, and worn-down teeth. With proper care, they will last many years. During a bonding treatment, we’ll apply layers of resin directly to your teeth. While bonding can cover some of the same flaws as veneers, it will not last as long.
To straighten your smile without metal braces, you can wear clear plastic aligners. They are practically invisible, so most people won’t even notice them. Plus they can be removed for meals or for oral hygiene. We use the popular brand ClearCorrect. Unlike some other brands of aligners, they are made in the United States.
Make Subtle or Dramatic Improvements to Teeth & Gums
Teeth whitening is one of our easiest and most affordable cosmetic dental treatments. You can choose a treatment in our office for the fastest whitening or a home whitening kit that allows you to brighten your smile whenever it’s convenient. Either way, you’ll enjoy dramatic results that are better than drugstore whitening products.
To make more subtle improvements to your smile, our dentists can use a laser for several cosmetic dentistry procedures:
- Gum Reshaping – Whether excess tissue is giving you a “gummy” smile or you just want to even out your gumline, laser dentistry keeps the process quick and comfortable.
- Crown Lengthening – We sometimes use the laser to reveal more of your tooth’s surface, making it easier to attach a restoration like a veneer or dental crown.
- Teeth Contouring – We can also make subtle alterations to the shape of your teeth so your smile looks even.
